Return/Exchange policy
Baby Green Sprout is committed to offering quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your unused/unworn *merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping costs. After 14 days and prior to 30 days will be for store credit or exchange only minus shipping costs.
*Special orders, personal care, swimming garments, undergarments, diapers, and items selling at 50% off or more may not be returned.
To make a return or exchange, please e-mail us at info@babygreensprout.com to obtain a reference number and shipping address.
Please write this reference number on the mailing label when returning the goods to us and include a copy of the invoice sent to you at time of purchase. Products should be repackaged in original packaging and tickets must be attached.
All returns/exchanges require approval from Baby Green Sprout. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
Items must be received by Baby Green Sprout within 10 days of receiving an exchange/return reference number.
If your product has a manufacturing defect upon delivery, we are happy to replace it for you. The shipping charge is waived for replacements.
