Pick-up option: $2.00 processing charge. We will contact you directly to arrange pick-up date and time.
Delivery option: $5.00 flat rate within Winnipeg perimeter. Order will be delivered 2-4 business days following order date.

Baby Green Sprout is committed to shipping your order as soon as possible. It is our policy to have the package shipped within 72 hours from the first business day of receiving the order. Shipping time will depend on the shipping destination.
-Each delivery location is considered a separate order
-Shipments are done on business days: Monday – Friday
-Shipments are not done on statutory holidays
Shipping within Canada
All orders are shipped based on a flat fee of $10.00. Orders over $150 within Canada are free.*
We ship using Canada Post’s Regular Parcel delivery method. Their standards are:

Local Shipping
If you are located in Winnipeg, MB, there are two additional shipping discounts available: DELIVERY or PICK-UP. Please select the PICK-UP or DELIVERY option in the Province drop-down menu when completing your order.

Shipping to the United States
All orders are shipped based on a flat fee of $12. Orders over $150 within USA are free.*
We ship using Canada Post Xpresspost delivery method. Their standards are 5 – 6 business days. Please note shipping time does not include processing time through customs.
In some cases we may use USPS or Fed Ex Ground for US shipments.

International Shipping

Customs
Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes, however all order will be processed through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees if applicable. A customs invoice will arrive with the shipment. Recipients of the order are responsible for paying these fees.
Baby Green Sprout is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.
